Welcome to Softbooker. By accessing or using our SaaS platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Softbooker (the provider of the Service).
  • “You”, “Your” refers to the customer (venue owner, user, or subscriber).

2. Service Description

Softbooker is a SaaS platform that helps venue owners manage bookings, payments, and customers.

3. Account & Access

  • You must provide accurate details when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You may not share or resell your account access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed via Paddle, our payment partner.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Paddle to process recurring payments.
  • Free trials last 30 days, after which a subscription is required.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment if you are unsatisfied.
  • Refunds are not provided for renewal payments, unless required by law.

6. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly.
  • We collect necessary personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing (via Paddle) or legal compliance.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or business interruption.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months of subscription.
