Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Softbooker. If not, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • First-time subscription payments only.
  • Must request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Renewal payments.
  • Add-ons or custom integrations.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Email support@softbooker.app with your transaction ID and reason.
  • Refunds are processed via Paddle within 5–10 business days.
